Physik Instrumente has published a supplement to its catalogue describing additions to their already extensive range of micro- and nano-positioning products.
Physik Instrumente has published a supplement to its catalogue describing additions to their already extensive range of micro- and nano-positioning products.
The new publication features a broad range of precision motion control products featuring both piezo and motor driven stages.
New products included in the supplement are, compact scanning stages for imaging applications, piezo driven low profile nano-positioning stages for scanning microscopy, low cost general purpose, multi-axis nano-positioning systems, vacuum compatible Hexapod six-axis alignment systems, long travel (950um) piezo flexure nano-stages, ultrasonic linear motor driven stages and piezo motors and piezo motor controllers.
In addition to product specifications, a tutorial is included explaining the principle of piezo motors.
