New products included in the supplement are, compact scanning stages for imaging applications, piezo driven low profile nano-positioning stages for scanning microscopy, low cost general purpose, multi-axis nano-positioning systems, vacuum compatible Hexapod six-axis alignment systems, long travel (950um) piezo flexure nano-stages, ultrasonic linear motor driven stages and piezo motors and piezo motor controllers.
