Zygo has brought out a compact version of its NewView line of 3D surface metrology systems.
Zygo's NewView600 series of 3D surface metrology systems offers the same patented technology found in its NewView6000 line in a compact, affordable package designed for use on the production floor Designed for simple operation, the NewView600 is intended for fast, noncontact, three-dimensional surface topography measurement in both research and production environments
