Laser Lines (I and M) is pleased to announce increased capacity for its specialist sub-contract laser marking operation.

The addition of a second YAG laser system has significantly increased capacity for marking almost all metals and plastics.

The Company also has two CO2 laser systems which are suitable for marking materials such as glass, ceramics, textiles and leather.

Therefore we have the capability to laser mark virtually all commonly used engineering materials - and some uncommon ones too! With our team of experienced production staff we are able to offer next day service for both large and small quantities, we can also provide a complete design service if required.

Laser marking results in a high resolution, high quality mark.

The process is non-contact so no force is applied to the part and total software control allows for every successive mark to be different, for example, serial numbering.

Our engineers are able to fine tune the system's performance to achieve either a contrasting surface mark, or a deep engraved mark.
