A highly successful seminar on the subject of water activity monitoring in food manufacturing has been held at Nottingham Trent University.
A highly successful seminar on the subject of water activity monitoring in food manufacturing has been held at Nottingham Trent University.
The event was organised by Labcell, the leading suppliers of instrumentation to the food industry, in conjunction with the Food and Drink Network of the East Midlands New Technology Initiative (NTI), at Nottingham Trent University's Centre for Knowledge Exchange.
Seminar delegates from food companies throughout the Midlands were introduced to the role of water activity instruments in quality control procedures.
They were able to carry out practical experiments using the latest Labcell equipment.
