According to Lebow Products, its new Model 2133 series reaction torque line is well suited for use in fastening market.
They can be used as a reference standard for most torque wrench styles such as click action, break back, or dial indicator.
The Lebow Model 6736 series covers torque ranges from 50 to 1000ftlb in five different rated capacities and drive sizes.
Devices are compatible with most strain gage signal conditioner/readouts.
Each unit is fully temperature compensated from 70 to 170F with a useable temperature range from -65 to +200F.
They feature an overall accuracy rating of better then +/- 0.25% of rated output with sensitivity output of 2mV/V nominal.
The bridge resistance is 350ohm with an insulation resistance of over 5Gohm.
All sensors are dead weight calibrated with standards traceable to the NIST.
All units have a safe overload protection rating of 150% with an ultimate overload of 200%.
