The high resolution and choice of character sizes makes the text on the display easy to read and the display can even be turned in steps of 90 degrees depending on installation orientation.
Target and teach-in positions together with mechanical axis settings (spindle pitch, stroke etc) can be adjusted easily via an operator menu.
This allows the operator to keep everything in view at all times, both diagnostic data and more importantly operating data.
Thanks to this continuous monitoring facility, changeover times are considerably reduced, simplifying many operations such as size changing in packaging and printing industries.
The MTR-DCI and DMES linear actuator, supplied fully combined and tested, form a dependable team which guarantees a high level of safety.
Equipped with a self-locking trapezoidal-threaded spindle which drives a slide, the DMES and MTRDCI provide high torque with compact dimensions and high load capacity.
No matter whether they are used as repositioning modules, adjusting guides on printing machines or for positioning tasks in metal stamping operations, these components ensure the correct adjustment of guide stops.
There is great emphasis here on flexibility, with complete compatibility with Festo's modular handling system.
