The iSite web module connects to a machine or system via 16 optoisolated digital inputs, and includes a default web page which can be set up in minutes by anyone.

Web modules are the quickest and easiest way of monitoring a machine or system from a PC, integrating the machine into the factory LAN network.

The iSite web module connects to a machine or system via 16 optoisolated digital inputs, and includes a default web page which can be set up in minutes by anyone, so no IT or software knowledge is required.

There is no additional software to buy or learn, as the iSite web page is both configured and viewed using an existing web browser.

iSite logs data so that nothing is missed when offline, and the log file can be downloaded from a web browser or sent as an attachment to an e-mail.

iSite can easily be configured to send e-mails or SMS messages on a change of input state, such as low fluid warning, high temperature etc, or for analogue inputs, on reaching any of eight independent threshold levels.

In this way iSite can easily be set to send a text or e-mail to separate departments depending on the input type, for example a batch complete signal could initiate an e-mail to production control, or system failure to the maintenance department.

The iSite module connects to a LAN via the Ethernet port or to a wider network using either dial-up or GSM modems, and allows anyone on the network to view the web page, at any time and potentially from any location.
