The Lee VHS series of high-speed, micro-dispense valves are ideal for applications which require small, yet highly reliable and repeatable dispense volumes, for example those occurring in micro-biological dispensing and "drop-on-demand" high-speed inkjet printing.

These micro-dispense valves offer designers a number of important features and benefits including, very high speed control of extremely small quantities (1200Hz, 0.25ms response time of less than 100nl droplets), axial flow, small valve size and mass (0.22in diameter, 0.2g).

Also, their ultracompact size enables them to be placed directly over individual well centres of standard 96-well microtiter plates.

VHS valves offer exceptional long-life, in excess of 200 million cycles, depending on the application.

They also benefit from low power consumption (500mW maximum).

The valves are offered in several porting configurations, including 062 Minstac ported models which enable simple, compact, leak-proof connections to 062 Minstac nozzles.

When coupled with 062 Minstac nozzles, VHS valves offer a broad range of micro-dispense options from a single valve.

Wetted materials include stainless steel, Peek, PPS and EPDM, ensuring a high level of chemical resistance and a wide range of fluid compatibility.
