Check valves avoid leakage

A Lee Products product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jul 9, 2007

250 Zero Leak Check valves are available in forward and reverse flow configurations and use an elastomeric seat to ensure zero leakage.

Components specified for critical flow control applications such as fuel lines in aviation or formula one racing cars need to be small and light.

Lee Products has developed a range of small flow restrictors and check valves.

The latest addition to this range is a 250 zero leak check valve, which provides zero leakage flow control from 0.3 up to 207bar.

Despite a diameter of only 6.35mm, length of 20.32 and weighing just 3.8g, these valve provide flows of over 62 litres/min (air) at 1.7bar.

250 Zero Leak Check valves are available in forward and reverse flow configurations and use an elastomeric seat to ensure zero leakage.

Other components are constructed entirely of stainless steel.

Applications include aerospace, oil tool, industrial gas turbines or wherever high-technology engineering applications demand critical flow control using the smallest and lightest components available.
