A new and revolutionary spring with exceptional power and load characteristics offers a high-performance alternative to steel springs.
Springs can be searched by type, entering wire diameter, outside or inside diameter, free length, deflection, hole or mandrel size, body length/leg length, applied force or torque (for torsion springs), material or part number.
Users can specify metric or imperial units or even a combination of both.
The selection programme also offers users a specification sheet that can be printed or downloaded as a 'dxf' file for importing into CAD/CAM programmes.
If a suitable stock spring can not be found a custom spring enquiry option is offered.
Prices are accessed by simply entering the quantity required and orders can be sent by email via an on-screen form that can be printed for faxing or posting to Lee Spring.
Printed versions of the company's catalogue will also be available free issue to visitors.
This includes additional information on spring kits in compression, die, extension, torsion and selected instrument springs as well as a range of Belleville Spring Washers introduced at last year's show.
Specifications and tolerances are also discussed and the latest standard price list is part of the package.
