Push-fit system makes centralised
lubrication easy
A new push-in fittings system from Legris is increasing the potential for providing centralised lubrication on industrial machinery and vehicles.
A new push-in fittings system from Legris is increasing the potential for providing centralised lubrication on industrial machinery and vehicles Centralised lubrication is more efficient than the use of individual greasing points, but because connection has traditionally been by compression fittings, installation time - and therefore costs - can be extensive

Connect up to 12 nylon tubes simultaneously!
Simultaneous connection and disconnection of up to 12 nylon tubes can now be achieved in less than 10 seconds with the introduction of a multi-connector from Legris.
The new components from Legris overcome these problems with an emphasis on far greater speed of connection.
Designed for uses involving both rotational and/or linear movement, manual connection is instant without the need for tools.
Only one component is required instead of the usual two or three pieces and, unlike compression fittings, the push-in system allows full flow of the fluid, without restriction.
To guarantee safety of the installation under pressure, the Legris fitting - which features two O rings for sealing - can only be disconnected by wrench and physically cutting the tube away.
The new range is constructed in brass and is available in sizes 4mm - 10mm, with parallel and tapered threads, metric and BSP.
Working temperatures with a variety of nylon and Teflon tubing range from -40C to +120C, with working pressure exceeding 60 bar.
