Meeting the need for continuous and rapid assembly of pneumatic components, Legris is launching a range of its LF3000 push-in fittings for compressed air in a unique cartridge format The new Carstick concept provides a ready to use one-piece Legris cartridge within a specially designed dispensing sleeve

Traditional cartridges require pre-assembly, with the risk of damaging or losing the seal, and the need to grease the O ring.

The Legris system, however, provides a pre-assembled unit which remains totally protected from damage and contamination as it is inserted into position.

The cartridge is also self-aligning to half of its height within the cavity.

Each Carstick dispensing sleeve houses 50 cartridges and has been deisnged for use with automatic, semi-automatic and manual assembly equipment.

Cartridges are available in 4, 6, 8 and 10mm sizes and permit connection to semi-rigid nylon and flexible polyurethane tubing.

Working temperature is -20ø to +80øC and working pressure is 20 bar.
