Using a Lesjofors designed template, customers fill in their gas spring requirements and specifications and the company cross references the application against its standard stock range.
Gas spring manufacturer Lesjofors has begun a campaign giving customers the opportunity to design their own gas springs, in a bid to demonstrate its design and manufacturing capabilities.
Using a Lesjofors designed template, customers fill in their gas spring requirements and specifications and the company cross references the application against its standard stock range, or produce a bespoke spring product for the customer.
Lesjofors gas springs range contains more than 400 different standard models, which can be combined together with various end fittings.
The company offers gas springs with stroke between 20 to 500mm in force area from 40 up to 2000N.
Lockable gas springs, release mechanisms and handles are also included in the company's standard range.
Lesjofors manufacturers and distributes gas springs into the industrial, medical, furniture, leisure and automotive sectors.
Its gas springs are easy to use and install and perform a number of critical purposes such as balancing, unloading and lifting or lowering a heavy item easily.
Ken Dineley, Lesjofors Industrial Division Business Development Manager, said: "Our standard range of gas springs offers extensive availability and, because the range is so large, we can normally locate the correct gas spring for any requirement".
