Large process displays are easy on the eyes
A new easy-to-use range of large digital displays is now available from London Electronics.
The new INT-F from London Electronics works out the process time by measuring the speed of the conveyor.
This is an inverse function, so that as the conveyor speeds up, the process time reduces.
This eighth-DIN panel meter takes pulses from a gear wheel, optical sensor or variable speed drive output and is easily scaled to read in hours, minutes or seconds, to suit almost any conveyor speed or chamber size.
The beauty of this device is its simple setup method, which uses London Electronics' unique Intuitive menu-free system.
And London's manuals are always written in plain English, to make commissioning as easy as possible, and to ensure that nontechnical users quickly become confident in using the new timer.
Optional extras include alarm relays, isolated analogue output and serial communications ports, so that the timer can be included within a complete system, allowing greater control of process time and resultant end quality.
