Big improvement in worm-geared motors

The new Spaggiari SW aluminium worm-geared motor range has achieved longer life, increased torque and higher radial load capacity

The new Spaggiari SW aluminium worm-geared motor range has achieved a step change in performance This progress arises from 35 years of gearbox manufacturing experience and exact manufacturing tolerances within their new 15000m2 factory

Spaggiari has achieved longer life, increased torque and higher radial load capacity, all without penalty to the buyer.

Gearbox life is now rated at 15000 hours at a service factor of 1.

This represents more than 7 years at a single shift operation.

The torque increase is significant, being typically 15 to 30% above existing models on the market.

The increase in radial load capacity is even more significant at 20 - 60%.

The Spaggiari SW range covers 30 to 90mm centre gearboxes with motor powers from 90W to 3kW.

Gearbox ratios range from 5 to 100 achieving output speeds between 290 and 14 RPM with 4-pole motors.

These increases in life and performance are achieved without any increase in cost, indeed prices are no higher than competitor units with lower performance.

Nor is delivery a problem.

Same day or next day shipment from stocks held at Lenze Limited is possible in most instances. Request a free brochure from Lenze ...
