Inverters: payback in 12 months in HVAC?
No matter what area of plant control you choose to scrutinise, there are few optional equipment alternatives that offer the operational benefits and cost savings of frequency inverters.
Recognising these qualities, and the need for greater choice in safety equipment for manufacturers in this country, Lenze has secured the exclusive rights to supply Patlite's products to the UK market.
The signal towers and beacons are ideal for both production lines and individual machines.
By electronically interfacing with machine control systems, the towers and beacons are able to clearly indicate machine status, while warning operators of potential danger, via a series of coloured lights and an optional audible alarm.
With the choice of continuous or flashing LEDs, the signal towers typically feature three lights: green to indicate normal operation, amber to indicate the on-set of potential problems, and red indicating a fault and machine stop.
Featuring a patented double-reflection system, the tower's 'super bright' LED lights provide the highest level of visibility available, together with an average life of 100,000 hours; making for virtually maintenance-free operation.
In addition, the tower's unique structure helps reduce vibration and impact from machines and devices, also contributing to significantly extending the life.
Signal Towers are available in diameters of 50mm and 70mm, with a choice of up to five light modules.
Wall mounted beacons are also included in the range.
All products are IP54 or IP65 rated and are competitively priced.
Lenze customers can obtain the products through an easy-to-order system that allows them to specify ready assembled towers. Request a free brochure from Lenze ...
