For example, combined with helical gearboxes, Lenze's geared motors can give output speeds of between 7 and 2500rev/min according to the ratio, achieving between 95 and 97% gearbox efficiency and a backlash of 6arc-min.
With options to suit specific application demands, Lenze's packaged servomotors and gearboxes offer a range of performance characteristics including a reduced backlash of 3arc-min using planetary gearheads and torque up to 6700Nm using helical bevel geared motors.
With a matched torque capacity and compact design, Lenze's servo geared motors are ready for mounting as soon as they arrive, following their speedy delivery made possible by using stock parts.
The end result is a range of geared motors designed to provide the greatest efficiencies from a discrete unit.
