Access to the application knowledge base is simply obtained in the service section of the Lenze website.
It is easy to use and includes expensive on line help, giving answers on every aspect of the application knowledge base's use.
New articles are highlighted and customers can search for specific information by inputting search words, using a search tree or selecting from key words provided in the knowledge base.
