Servo drives save machine building time
Lenze 9400 servo drives feature a new mounting concept and plug-in modules that simply click into place.
Servo drives are rated up to 200kW
The Lenze 9400 servo drives, part of the L-force portfolio, have been extended with eight new models taking the rated power up to 200kW.
The drive is assembled to match the specification and shipped in one box virtually ready to go.
Delivering a pre-configured assembly results in savings in the ordering and handling process.
Lenze can pre-assemble the drive with communications, memory and safety modules.
Additionally a motor brake control can be plugged into place.
The complete assembly is factory-tested for functionality prior to shipping and arrives at the customer's premises ready for panel building.
For drives up to 11kW there are two sub-assemblies in the box.
The backplane assembly contains only the power connections and can be easily handled and mounted into the panel.
The second is the electronics assembly - the drive and installed modules - which clicks into place on the backplane by hand and without needing tools.
Once the control connections are plugged into place, the drive is ready.
Any application specific software can be loaded from Lenze L-force engineer software through an Ethernet port on the front of the drive.
The 9400 Servo System is part of the Lenze L-force portfolio and covers powers from 0.37 to 30kW in single and multi-axis variants.
Peak currents up to 105A are available, and communication options include Ethernet, Profibus and CAN. Request a free brochure from Lenze ...
