Small drives suit external motion
control

There are two ranges of matched synchronous servomotors available for PositionServo, offering a wide range of speeds and inertias.

Lenze's PositionServo range of small drives suits applications where the motion control is external or where the drive handles simple positioning applications such as pick and place or production line handling machinery PositionServo is available for single or three-phase supplies with rated outputs of 4 to 10A

The range includes plug-in communication modules for CANopen, Ethernet, Modbus and RS485.

Eiher resolver or encoder feedback can be specified.

EMC filters are integrated on 230V one-phase models and available for footprint or side mounting on others.

To complete the installation package, Lenze offer pre-assembled power and communication cables.

There are two ranges of matched synchronous servomotors available for PositionServo, offering a wide range of speeds and inertias.

This allows selection of the optimum drive for the application.

Rated torques are from 0.5 to 51Nm with peak torques up to 190Nm.

Motor options include IP65 enclosure, holding brakes and matched gearboxes.

The PositionServo drives are compact and dynamic.

Peak currents of 300% nominal are available for up to two seconds.

Reaction times as short as 2ms are achieved by 64bit processing.

Small dimensions and simple bookshelf mounting save panel space.

Even the largest 10A drive has a footprint of only 103 x 190mm.

In common with other Lenze AC-Tech drives, PositionServo has the pluggable EPM memory chip.

This holds the complete drive parameters and can be copied in a hand-held programmer in less than two seconds.

Preparing a new drive becomes a swift task that can be done without a laptop or skilled personnel.

The drive does not even need to be powered.

PositionServo can be used as a basic drive or a stand-alone fully programmable controller. Request a free brochure from Lenze ...
