The Solid 4 light curtain incorporates two selectable light-beam channels, eliminating potential optical cross-talking of neighbouring devices.

Leuze Mayser is set to display two safety light curtains at a UK exhibition.

The IP68-rated version of Compactplus offers integrated bus connectivity without the need for additional coupling devices.

The Solid 4 has a torsionally stiff housing and offers high immunity from EMC disturbance for exceptional performance.

Both these safety light curtains will be the central focus on stand 50 at the Health and Safety 07 exhibition at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton, 10th and 11th October.

Compactplus meets the requirements of SIL 3 in accordance with IEC 61508 and is available with a range of functionalities that include blanking, muting and cycle control.

It is now fully equipped for applications in food and other manufacturing processes where the ability to undergo wash-down is a standard requirement.

The Solid-4 safety light curtain has been engineered for tough arduous environments, its trouble-free performance complimented by a choice of four standard resolutions - 14, 20, 30, 40, 90mm - makes it an extremely flexible safety light curtain, for hazardous point protection or area protection across many diverse applications.

The Solid 4 incorporates two selectable light-beam channels.

This eliminates potential optical cross-talking of neighbouring devices, ensuring completely reliable safety protection.

Compactplus and Solid 4 are just part of Leuze Mayser's comprehensive range of safety light curtains and grids that offer over ninety versions to satisfy most standard and niche applications needs.
