Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions has formed a global business partnership with Omnisens to distribute the new Lighthouse trace gas analyser The Lighthouse trace gas analyser's TGA320 system offers a highly sensitive maintenance-free measuring system for continuous monitoring of ammonia concentration

An extremely low detection limit, of 0.1ppb, and a large dynamic range are the key features of Omnisens laser-based photo-acoustic detection system.

In addition, the measuring technique offers a high selectivity, an inherent stability and, the natural ability to perform continuous measurements.

"We established an alliance with Omnisens not only because of their state-of-the-art technology but also because of the services they will provide us, such as interpreting data from the trace gas analysers and recognising AMC trends in our clients' facilities", said Adam Giandomenico, President at Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions.

The partnership between Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions and Omnisens has many benefits for both companies and their cleanroom customers.

It will provide leading edge instrumentation, validation support, 24-hour worldwide service, software technology and also the very best in technical solutions through applications technology.

The trace gas analyser's TGA320 system is designed for online continuous monitoring.

The gas is flowing through tubes without any human intervention.

Multisampling can easily be setup.

The DSP-based electronics controls the system, displays gas concentrations continuously, and provides a fast response time of less than 2s.

A dedicated computer interfaces directly with the system and enables online continuously repeated measurements.

Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions will use trace gas analyser technology from Omnisens to measure AMC levels in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data storage, nanotechnology and biotechnology cleanrooms.
