Logis-Tech Associates now delivers a Higher National (nationally recognised SQA certified short course) module, "Pneumatic and hydraulic services" by distance learning.
This module covers: equipment used in the production of compressed air; operation and maintenance of a compressed air distribution system; pneumatic circuits; and the function and maintenance of a hydraulic system.
The module is aimed at technician/engineer/supervisor level and can be taken in its own right or is worth 1.5 credits towards an HNC in engineering.
