Logis-Tech Associates now offers a Higher National module (nationally recognised SQA certified short course) in programmable controllers by distance learning This module covers: development of programmable controllers; interfacing; ladder diagrams; system features; and programmable facilities (latching, relays, timers, counters, shift registers, A/D and D/A conversion)
The module is aimed at technician/engineer/supervisor level and is worth 1 credit.
This credit can be taken on its own merit as a single HN unit or be used towards a HNC in electrical, mechanical, electronics, multidiscipline, instrumentation or chemical process engineering.
