A-1 Technical Training reports a record year for students passing its HNC in engineering qualification by distant learning.
A-1 Technical Training reports a record year for students passing its HNC in engineering qualification (by distant learning), many of whom are now moving on to better paid positions as well as on to HND/BEng (Hons) in engineering distant learning programmes.
A-1 Technical Training, Logis-Tech Associates, a UK engineering learning provider with links to several UK universities, offers HNC in engineering courses by distance learning in a variety of engineering disciplines: HNC in electrical engineering; HNC in electronics; HNC in mechanical engineering; HNC in multidisciplinary engineering; HNC in chemical process engineering; and an HNC in instrumentation engineering.
All the HNC in engineering programmes are fully accredited by SQA and are recognised worldwide These courses are particularly suitable for those who are unable to attend college on either a full-time, part-time or day release basis.
Applicants are assessed individually for distance learning, which is particularly suitable for everyone, but especially: those working with little time to spare; those who work irregular hours, ie shift workers; and all those in remote locations, such as oil rig workers, armed forces and overseas workers.
The attraction of these distance learning courses is the inbuilt flexibility.
These courses can be started anywhere in the world, at any time, are at the student's own pace and in their own time, thus fitting in with commitments at home and at work.
Having an HNC in engineering qualification also leads to better working skills and better job prospects.
