LG Motion has added more information and a smart new look to its website.
With faster access to technical information and a customer centre to help users with downloads, technical support, product specifications and motion control FAQs, the new site will be continually updated to provide an important resource for automation and control system professionals throughout Europe.
LG Motion provides in-house design, manufacture, service and application support for its own range of precision positioning systems and is the main European distributor for a selected number of leading players in motion and automation systems.
Companies represented on the site include Agile Systems (motion controls), Velmex (mechanical positioners), Schneeberger (linear bearings) and Empire Magnetics (specialised motors).
The net benefit is a product range that allows LG to provide comprehensive motion solutions across all areas of manufacturing production and test, nuclear, aerospace, government and industrial R and D.
The new site includes a comprehensive section on linear slides, rotary tables, elevator tables, linear bearings, motors, drives, motion controllers, belt actuators, linear servo and custom systems.
An applications section covers past and current projects with details of objectives required and solutions provided.
There are also links to the sites of LG Motion's principals, trade magazines and other related information resources.
