Linde Hydraulics digital electronic Canbus controllers are complementary to the New Generation -02 series pumps and motors and to the HPR Whispering -02 series.

The range comprises: Hydrostatic Transmission Controller - a full featured controller which can be programmed to suit specific mobile application requirements.

Suitable for both mechanical and electronic (drive by wire) fuel injection and capable of various driving modes: eg.

transit, work, fixed engine speed and inching.

Selective driving characteristics can be independently set for each driving mode in both forward and reverse directions.

The anti-stall module ensures full engine power under conditions such as: (a) ascending steep gradients - speed reduction with torque increase (b) high engine load - with other hydraulic services operating.

Speed Controller (Closed Circuit): This is a microprocessor controller specifically designed for use on industrial based applications where a reliable, constant speed drive, under varying load conditions is a requirement.

A drive speed transducer signal is compared against the 'set speed' signal with any resulting error varying pump flow and drive speed accordingly.

Canbus LED 4-digit display modules are available for both set speed and actual speed indication.

Digital Amplifier (Closed Circuit): A Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), 2-channel proportional solenoid driver with flexibility designed in.

The digital technology offers extremely accurate, repeatable control of Linde closed circuit pumps and motors.

Fully software adjustable (via laptop/handheld) parameters include: (a) Control begin - 'zero flow' (b) Control end - 'maximum flow' (c) Null offset - 'control begin deadband' (d) Ramp times - 0-20 secs Digital Power Limiter/Amplifier (Open Circuit): A PWM single channel proportional solenoid driver for use with Linde power regulated open circuit pumps.

Used in conjunction with a current transformer for electric motor drives or the 'w' output from diesel engine alternators, to sense and remove overload conditions from prime movers, by reducing pump displacement.

A secondary feature provides for direct control of the pump swash from full displacement down to zero flow at pressure.

Fully software adjustable (via laptop/handheld) parameters include: (a) Control begin - 'zero flow' (b) Control end - 'maximum flow' (c) Null offset - 'control begin deadband' (d) Ramp times - 0-20 secs.

Key Features: * Canbus control - the ability to expand or enhance your system easily.

* 'Epoxy resin potted' construction ensures extreme environmental operation.

* IP 65 protection.
