Lifting Solutions is announcing new senior appointment Steve Latham from Darfield in Barnsley has been appointed to the new role of production director at Thurnscoe-based Lifting Solutions

Lifting Solutions continues to go from strength to strength since tying up a major partnership deal with French crane manufacturer Verlinde, and moving to new premises having outgrown its original Platts Common home.

Steve Latham is the last piece of the jigsaw in terms of Lifting Solutions' board appointments - the company now has its full complement of senior management in place as it embarks on the next stage of its expansion and development.

Steve worked for Lifting Solutions seven years ago as design engineer, and now returns to take a seat in the company's board room.

Jonathan Moorhouse, managing director of Lifting Solutions, says: "We have been lucky enough to get Steve back having lost him to a competitor once! Hopefully we have Steve for the duration now, and he will play a pivotal role alongside me and the rest of the senior management team.

"Lifting solutions has both diversified and continues to grow at a rapid rate and with individuals like Steve involved in the business, the future is very bright".
