Lion Precision is now the exclusive North American distributor of the popular Queensgate line of nanopositioning and sensing products.

Lion Precision is now the exclusive North American distributor of the popular Queensgate line of nanopositioning and sensing products.

Lion Precision, established in 1958, is a provider of capacitive and inductive noncontact displacement sensors to the disk drive, semiconductor, and manufacturing industries as well as the precision engineering and research communities.

Queensgate, established in 1979, provides nanopositioning products to solve a vast array of positioning and measurement problems encountered by scientists and engineers involved in established and emerging areas of nanotechnology.

Queensgate and its customers will benefit from experienced local representation in Canada, Mexico and the USA.

Ian Bye, Chairman of Queensgate/Sifam explains: "Through Lion Precision, with their extensive knowledge of precision engineering applications, Queensgate can now provide excellent service and support to the scientific and engineering communities in North America".
