Lion Precision's new Inductive division has released its first in a series of new eddy current measurement systems, the ECL100.

The ECL100 driver's linear voltage and current outputs provide precision measurement throughout a probe's calibrated range.

A new, extremely low noise circuit design yields a static resolution of 0.004% of full-scale output.

The ECL100 features a novel multicolour LED probe position indicator and local/remote zeroing capability to facilitate easy installation and setup.

The driver is packaged in a small DIN rail mountable, shielded enclosure with screw terminal connections.

The ECL100 is available with Lion Precision Inductive's new modular inductive probes, including 3, 5, 8 and 12mm sizes.

18, 25, 38 and 50mm probes are planned.

The ECL100 will be demonstrated at Sensors Expo in Chicago in June at the Lion Precision booth (1114).
