This year sees recruitment and human resources (HR) company Listgrove exhibiting at the Plastics Design and Moulding Exhibition in Telford for the first time.

The PDM exhibition was launched in April 2005 and takes place this year from 26th to 28th September at the Telford International Centre, Telford.

"We are delighted to be at PDM this year", says Conrad Taylor, Business Director, Executive Services, Listgrove.

"Despite significant challenges from overseas competition, key parts of UK manufacturing are still buoyant and companies are searching for the most talented individuals to help buck the trend".

Taylor says: "UK plastics remains a world-class technical centre - with a clear focus on new product development that requires highly creative and innovative contributions from employees".

"As a result there is a continual need for skilled, creative and technically qualified people across all functional disciplines".

"We are at PDM 06 to help exhibitors and visiting client companies find such people - and take their projects forward with the technical innovators of tomorrow".

2006 has seen Listgrove launch a set of fully outsourced human resource services - from staff management and coaching, to competency based frameworks, training, HR administration and many other functions.

Details of these and other HR services will be available from the Listgrove stand at PDM 06.

Taylor says this provision of a range of HR services has come about in response to a rising demand from the market: "We see companies needing a very varied range of HR services and solutions, as well as continuing to use us to source quality people".

"What we're now offering is a complementary service for human resource departments allowing businesses to take a much more strategic view of their HR issues and needs".

"The next few years will see increased demand for recruitment skills and for all of these HR services and more", Taylor notes.

"We are very much looking forward to meeting and helping all PDM 06 visitors with their recruitment and personnel needs".
