The introduction of high frequency pure square wave Pulsweld technology by Liburdi Dimetrics marks a milestone in the development of high performance TIG welding of aluminium.
The Gold Track VP (GTVP) +/-250Amp Variable Polarity power supply uses a true and precise square wave pulse form which is fully programmable in time, current and polarity to establish a deep penetrating, controlled and clean weld pool ensuring the highest integrity aluminium welds possible.
The GT-VP system can be completed with the use of an LDC VP-hardened weld head.
LDC now provides a complete selection of tube weld heads, pipe weld heads and welding lathes/industrial systems for aluminium welding.
The ultimate combination of VP technology with Narrow Groove techniques gives the Pulsweld powered GT-VP system the fastest and most reliable automated TIG aluminium welding technique in the world.
