NRTA has appointed Adrian Knowles as Commercial Director, with responsibility for all sales and marketing at NRTA's two operating divisions, Realogy and LiveDevices

Leading UK embedded software company, NRTA, has appointed Adrian Knowles as Commercial Director He will assume responsibility for all sales and marketing at NRTA's two operating divisions, Realogy (real-time software tools) and LiveDevices (embedded Internet infrastructure)

Adrian returns to the UK after working for three years in Munich, Germany with National Semiconductor, where he served in a number of sales and business management positions, latterly as European Marketing Manager for its Information Appliance division.

Adrian, who holds an MBA and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, has more than 15 years experience in the high-volume semiconductor industry in various sales and technical marketing capacities.

"I am delighted that NRTA has been able to attract someone with such extensive commercial experience in the silicon and embedded design markets," stated Charlie Edgington, CEO of NRTA.

"We are now embarking on our next stage of growth, where Adrian's international marketing and management skills will assume great importance in our continued success.

We expect to accelerate our international sales substantially this year as we continue to capitalise upon our rapidly increasing European business and expand our operations in the US."
