Ready-to-run compact low-cost high-quality micropositioning stages from LM76 are now available "off-the-shelf" in travel lengths from 10 to 200mm These Micro Stage linear positioning stages are available with 6mm lead antibacklash leadscrews or 4mm lead heavy duty ballscrews

They are ideal for: pick-and-place, assembly, sampling, testing, robotics, and other precision positioning applications.

The Lead Screw Micro Stage linear positioning stages are available in three travel lengths, 10, 30 and 40mm.

Features include: 0.03mm repeatability, 0.03mm/full step resolution, maximum speeds of 50, 80 and 100mm/s, and the maximum load for all lead screw stages is 4.9N.

The Ball Screw Micro Stage positioning stages are available in four travel lengths, 40, 60, 120 and 200mm.

Features include: 0.01mm repeatability, 0.02mm/full step resolution, maximum speed 120mm/s, and the maximum load for all ball screw stages is 39.2N.

The standard 28mm stepping motor can be microstepped and it also can be supplied with an encoder for closed loop operation.

These Micro Stage linear positioning stages have stainless steel way covers, and these light weight stages can be mounted vertically (z-axis).

Optional end-of-travel limit switches are easily adjustable.

2D and 3D CAD drawings can be downloaded from the LM76 website for easy integration of the positioning stages into new and existing applications.
