Lohmeier Enclosure Systems has achieved cUL listing for its range of type 12 enclosures.
Light grey is the new norm
From 1st September 2005 Lohmeier's complete range of enclosures and accessories will change to light grey RAL 7035.
However, thanks to their flexible construction concept, they are suited for all sorts of industrial operations, especially for use as monitoring, test and quality control stations in decentralised manufacturing facilities.
At the bottom of a Workstation WS system, a Lohmeier enclosure unit serves to house a PC or other control electronics.
Mounted on top of that cabinet, an operating terminal developed by BERNSTEIN AG forms the upper WS portion.
Both companies jointly distribute these systems as integrated solutions.
WS enclosures can be locked.
They are made of sheet steel powder-coated in two colours (RAL7035 / RAL7016 structured paint).
They achieve protection class IP55.
A variable bottom gland plate design allows for a host of different cable entry options.
The sheet steel plate serving as both the top cover to the enclosure and as the desk surface for the WS user makes for an exceptionally sturdy, solid base to mount the operating terminal on.
Desk plates are available with sheet steel or wood surfaces that can be machined to customer specifications.
Design faceplates for cabinet doors are supplied in individual shapes and colours on request.
In addition, WS systems can be ergonomically customised and adapted to specific applications.
An extensive range of standard models is available.
A wide variety of accessories complements the WS product line.
