Marketing "rainmaker" Ken Toren has joined LonMark International as Chief Marketing Officer A seasoned marketing executive, Toren brings years of industry expertise to LonMark International

As a newly formed corporation, LonMark International will take on an increased marketing presence with Toren ready to lead the organisation into a new era for the LonMark brand.

Prior to joining LonMark International, Toren was cofounder and Vice President of Marketing for REDmedic, a provider of portable medical records systems.

He was CEO of Grey Zone, a leading website management company providing secure extranet and content management software.

Toren also served as cofounder and CEO of KickFire, a global provider of automation, collaboration and project management software designed for enterprise marketing departments.

These positions, as well as, additional years in the field as a marketing and business executive for various start-up companies and nonprofit organisations gives Toren the ideal background to take on the unique challenges of marketing LonMark International.

Toren holds a Master of Education from Philadelphia's Temple University and has been a long standing member in a host of industry organisations including the American Marketing Association, TechNet and SVASE.

He also served on the Boards of TEN (The Enterprise Network), the South West YMCA, and as a business advisor for Sabra Software, REDmedic, Sendio, Vergics and Seabridge Software.
