Uncured silicone sheet materials aimed at the automotive hose and industrial silicone bellows building markets.

MTI Leewood has launched a range of uncured silicone sheet materials aimed at the automotive hose and industrial silicone bellows building markets.

Magniply Uncured is available as rubber only or fabric reinforced with varying shore hardness, widths, thickness and colours.

It is ready for curing by the user after construction of the part.

Silicone and polyester reinforced sheet meets SAE J20 standards and is suitable for general purpose coolant and water hoses, bellows and air hose.

Silicone and Meta Aramid (Nomex) reinforced sheet is for turbo hose with a temperature range of -60C to +220C.

Silicone and glass fibre reinforced sheet is for air and water applications with a temperature range up to 300C.

Fluorosilicone for inter-cooler, turbo charger hoses and oil mist environments has resistance to fuels and solvents, and is often used as an inner liner to maintain integrity of the hose when in contact with harsh mediums.

MTI can supply quantities from single rolls to palletised shipments.
