A patented adhesive formulation is used to produce produce economical joined rings and corner gaskets.

Using the patented PowerJoint adhesive formulation, MTI Leewood takes tailored extruded solid and sponge silicone cord, tube and profiles and produce economical joined rings and corner gaskets.

This is particularly useful for prototype work.

PowerJoint can give the design engineer the flexibility to try several sealing solutions without the need for expensive, prohibitive tool redesigns.

With an in house tool making facility coupled with an automated extrusion cutting and preparation facility, MTI Leewood can offer a unique sealing concepts for both high volume and short run quantities.

There is a full range of certified materials and an endless combination of colour/hardness.
