MagniFoam silicone foam rubbers are ideal for insulating and cushioning thanks to their high and low temperature performance.
Foams are available from MTI Leewood for thermal, mechanical and acoustical insulation.
Choosing a foam for vibration damping can prove difficult.
Many foams become stiff at cold temperatures and will "take a set" at elevated temperatures.
MagniFoam silicone foam rubbers are available for insulating and cushioning.
MagniFoam silicone rubber exhibits a desirable list of characteristics including, superb chemical resistance, high and low temperature performance, inherent flame resistance without the use of FR additives, good thermal and electrical resistance, long-term resiliency, and easy fabrication.
Available in sheet or block stock, rolls, fabricated flat or 3D gaskets with or without pressure sensitive adhesive.
