Top-of-the-line quality standards ensure a grid coupling design that will lend the part greater tensile strength and a longer life than standard grid couplings, even under harsh or caustic conditions, such as the aggregate, food processing, paper and petrochemical industries.
The Lovejoy 1000 Series grid coupling cushions shock loads and compensates for parallel, angular or axial misalignment.
The all-metal series offers high-torque, high-horsepower operation while featuring an advanced design with a high-tensile alloy grid that reduces vibration by as much as 30%.
And the tooth profile of the grid hub is shot blasted for added strength and longer life.
