Laser proximity sensors span the range
Laser Components has extended its range of noncontact proximity sensors for precision measurement applications.
The system can be connected to a computer (software available), is available with individual target displays or can be controlled from a remote data terminal.
The system uses a fibre-coupled laser source to produce a precisely collimated beam to produce a laser plumb line and position sensing detectors the position through which the laser passes.
Any movement is then measured.
As well as offering the OT-6000, Laser Components also offers the basic components required to create a similar system.
Laser Components offers position sensing detectors, laser modules, amplifiers and displays for setting up a custom system.
