ATI Optique has developed a novel fibre optic rotary joint (FORJ) for the robotic industry.
ATI Optique has developed a novel fibre optic rotary joint (FORJ) for the robotic industry.
Like an electrical rotary connector, the FORJ provides continuous transmission of optical signals while rotating along a fibre axis.
The FORJ is designed for use in robotic systems, guidance systems, military equipment and many other applications where a twist-free fibre link is required.
