The latest version of the LPP peristaltic hose pump from Larox Flowsys uses an NBR (nitrile rubber) hose material and is ideal for pumping viscous media such as oils, animal and vegetable fat and acidic alcohols.

The pump hose is temperature resistant up to 90C in normal pump applications.

The rubber components of the hose represent superior quality; the inner lining is wear resistant nitrile rubber and the outer layers are made of natural rubber to guarantee the best possible flexure.

The rolling LPP pump is seal-less and will not be damaged if it runs dry even for longer periods of time.

The pump hose is the only part in contact with the pumped medium and it is the only wearing part of the pump.

The LPP can handle suction duties with high viscosity products as it is capable of creating 95% vacuum and it is also reversible.

The strong and rigid casing is equipped with special cassette type seals to protect the bearing against contamination.

The LPP pump is available in sizes DN25, DN40 and DN65 for maximum working pressures of 10bar, and with flow capacities up to 20m3/h.
