Pinch valves designed for wearing processes

A Larox Flowsys product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Nov 10, 2005

Larox pinch valves offer solutions for wearing, aggressive or difficult flow processes, and are suited to shut-off and control applications involving abrasive or corrosive slurries, powders or granula

Larox PVEG is a cost-effective pinch valve with a long service life.

It is ideal for water and wastewater treatment in industrial plants, powders and light chemical applications.

The PVEG offers numerous benefits over metal valves including excellent wear resistance, tightness and anti-jamming properties.

The core of the valve is the sleeve, which is the only part in contact with the process medium.

The sleeve is also the only part that requires maintenance.

The valve body is made of polyamide blend, which makes the valve very light, durable and suitable for numerous applications.

The latest member of the PVEG product family, the PVEG-A, expands the operational range of Larox PVEG valves to automatic valve applications in various industries.

The valve is supplied with a pneumatic actuator for working pressure up to 6bar and it is available in 50, 80, 100 and 150mm diameters.

The sleeve material selection includes SBRT and EPDM.
