GOélan V4 the successful French CAM software is being launched by its UK Distributors LSC Group this month at Midland Manufacturing Show, NEC 21 - 22 March.
GOélan V4 the successful French CAM software is being launched by its UK Distributors LSC Group this month at Midland Manufacturing Show, NEC 21 - 22 March.
GOélan is a fully featured parametric CAM system running on a Windows NT platform that offers powerful surface and solid modelling and that has direct data transfer interfaces available for many of the worlds leading CAD systems.
This unique CAM software is used to machine parts in some of the world' s most desirable chronometers to parts used in popular European built automobiles, whilst some 2,000+ users worldwide bear testament to the applications versatility and performance in the workshop.
What differentiates this package from many on the market is having a practical CAD tool that allows imported files to be manipulated prior to code generation, allows users to re-define cutting parameters during graphical on-screen simulation and the ability to define machining strategies and associate these with the elements of geometry.
For those customers seeking a complete computer integrated manufacturing solution GOélan can be linked to an industry proven, generative Computer Aided Process Planning tool.
The performance boundaries can be further extended through the integration with enabling technologies that deliver on-demand manufacturing from ISO 10303 STEP file data sets.
