A new D-sub metal connector has a push-pull locking mechanism that provides an IP69K protection rating for safe and reliable interconnection.

LTW has developed a new D-sub metal connector featuring a push-pull locking (or automated latch) mechanism with an IP69K protection rating for safe and reliable interconnection.

This all new metal D-sub is specifically designed to be vibration-proof, waterproof and shockproof to withstand extremely harsh environments.

It is highly recommended for applications in military, avionics, automotive, marine/submarine and industrial environments and other applications requiring highly secure connection.

Connectors are available in different shell sizes and with contacts rated for either 2 or 5A current, operating from -40 to +105C.

The LTW D-sub connector series also offers screw- and latch-type locking mechanisms with IP66 to IP67 guaranteed protection.

These are available in Field installable and moulded versions, and IP68 unmated waterproof types for panel installation.

LTW also manufactures D-sub combination with RF and power contacts (combo D-sub) for a wide range of applications.
