The S100 nanomanipulator is a manipulation and testing tool used with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) for micro- and nanoscale research, development and production applications.

The S100 nanomanipulator is a manipulation and testing tool used with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) for micro- and nanoscale research, development, and production applications.

The S100 features up to four positioners that grasp, move, test, and optimally position micro- and nanoscale samples with three degrees of freedom.

In addition to manipulation, characterisation and testing of samples, the S100 can be combined with electrical test and measurement tools such as Keithley's 4200, enabling electrical characteristics to be studied.

The S100 is compatible with most SEMs and provides a versatile and cost effective solution to your nanomanipulation requirements.

Zyvex also produce the F100 and T100 for focused ion beam and TEM users, respectively, with similar specifications to the S100.
