Boeing's Rocketdyne Division has purchased Lattice3D's 3D Publishing platform to further optimise its operations and provide a higher level of service to internal and external clients.

Lattice3D's technology is being employed to provide rapid, interactive documentation for online technical manuals and web based visualisation.

The company's industry-leading software products enable the rapid use of 3D data assets directly in online and print-based instruction manuals, assembly instructions and more.

"Lattice3D will become an integral part of our product support methodology", said Corey J Coulter, Supervisor, Product Support, Internal Application Development, Boeing: Rocketdyne Division.

"From web-based visualisation to completing our online technical manuals, we will be able to support our team members out in the field and at home with fully functional 3D data".

"We are delighted to have such a prestigious high tech aerospace company integrating 3D Publishing technology so broadly into their workflow", said Alexander Garcia-Tobar, CEO, Lattice3D.

"This decision further underlines continuing adoption by leading aerospace companies of Lattice3D's publishing platform".

"It is yet another sign that 3D Publishing has come of age, and that interactive 3D documentation is fast becoming commonplace in manufacturing and other key business processes".

Lattice3D develops and markets leading 3D communication and publishing applications on a robust platform to enable the rapid use of 3D data assets downstream of design.

3D CAD models and designs can be used directly in print and online user and employee manuals, parts lists, maintenance instructions, assembly instructions, IETMs and more.
