Lucas Power and Control Ltd launch the new Imager Inspector - designed to enable visual product quality control, the user friendly system provides full colour monitoring for up to 4 cameras and comes network ready.
The compact, cost effective vision system offers reliable, repeatable product conformity inspection - reducing production wastage and increasing customer confidence whilst allowing traceability of inspection measurement parameters.
From the detection of the presence of product in blister packaging, the detection of glue application, the detection of label presence and positioning through to the monitoring of product shape the LPC Imager Inspector provides a perfect vision of the future in product quality control.
