LPC Linecheck Boosts Production The LPC Linecheck system is a simple to install, accurate line count / production prediction unit utilising the latest software and hardware techniques to predict when a production process is nearing batch capacity from each section - enabling increased production flexibility and allowing quicker retooling in preparation for the next batch The system incorporates a main control panel, with satellite panels displaying the order countdown, enabling rejected product at any stage to be taken into account
On installation of the LPC Linecheck customers have observed and benefited from considerable time savings on production changeovers (typically in the region of 50%), increased production flexibility, greater counting accuracy, better production planning and overall cost savings.
